We’re thrilled that the New Jersey Employment Law Blog has again been named one of the top 100 employment  law blogs.  The top 100 list is published annually by the Delaware Employment Law Blog, a terrific publication in its own right.  You’ll find the rankings here

One of the things that blogging on employment law teaches you is that the law that regulates the employment relationship continues to develop and expand at a staggering pace.  New cases, new laws, new regulations . . . reinterpretations of what we thought was settled law . . . it just goes on and on.  My fellow bloggers perform an important public service by helping us all keep track of everything that is going on.  It would, quite frankly, be impossible for any of us acting alone, and in this collaboration we see one the ways that bloggers provide an invaluable public service to the legal and business communities.

And thanks again to Molly DiBianca of the Delaware Employment Law Blog for her hard work in keeping track of (and hopefully making some sense out of) all of us in the employment law corner of the blogosphere.
