Business Litigation

Our business law practice is preventive in nature. Lawyers can make a nice living when they help business clients do things the right way. Lawyers will make a lot more money when they are called in to clean up problems that a client has created without talking to a lawyer first. That’s why preventive law makes sense for business.

We can help with items such as business formation and maintenance, contracts, leases, and a range of other matters. If litigation becomes necessary, we have three decades of experience in litigating business disputes. In addition to the employment litigation areas mentioned below, we have experience with:

  • Contract litigation.
  • Unfair and deceptive trade practices.

  • Trademark infringement and unfair competition.

  • Fraud, including the NJ Consumer Fraud Act.

  • Bankruptcy litigation.

  • Real estate litigation.

  • Estates and trusts litigation.
